What do you like to do in your free time? I enjoy traveling with my wife, walking our dog, and spending time with family.
What is your favorite produce item and why? Jalapeños are my favorite produce item. I think of dad’s garden when he always grew them for canning with his tomatoes. When they were all ripe, mom would can them so we could enjoy them all year long. It’s kind of funny, when you open a can of chilé that they canned…you don’t really know if it’s going to be mild or have a kick to it. I guess that’s part of the fun!
