National Farmworker Jobs Program
The NFJP provides farmworkers and their families who qualify with resources to achieve a credential, get employed, and achieve self-sufficiency.

I come from a long line of farmworkers. I moved to Indiana about 5 years ago and that was my first run-in with Proteus. I was working weeding fields for farmers in North Judson, Indiana and I really didn’t know what I wanted to do with my life. Once I gained access to Proteus and Jesusa through the programs that they offer, I was able to go through two years of school, gain my associate degree in criminal justice, and am now on my way to attaining my bachelor’s degree.
