What you do in your spare time: Garden, hike/walk with husband and dogs, and spending time with adult kids.
Favorite Produce Item:Â My all-time favorite I think has to be eggplant and I love to make it into a lasagna dish. I use the eggplant in place of lasagna noodles.
Who is a hero of yours and why: My husband is my hero. Growing up, he did not have a lot of money and resources. As an adult, he has worked hard to put together our home and our acreage. He has built everything on our acreage.
