What you do in your spare time: Spend time with family, cooking, karaoke, and spending time in nature.
Favorite Produce Item: Corn prepared Mexican style and zucchini. I love zucchini because growing up, my mother included it in many traditional dishes and on the days when we needed to use the last of our groceries, she’d make them with melted cheese and it’s something I now make when I’m trying to hold off on grocery shopping.
