Proteus’ On-The-Job Training helps unemployed and underemployed workers find full-time jobs through our National Farmworker Jobs Program (NFJP).  Proteus’ Case Managers will meet with the employers to match a potential long term employee with your organization.

The employer receives a prescreened employee that trains on the specifics of your organization while your organization receives wage reimbursement and possible federal tax credits for their first few weeks of employment.

Each individual in the NFJP program completes a career and educational planning with CareerScope®. This proven career assessment  and reporting system measures both aptitude and interest through valid and reliable   assessment tasks. The results are instrumental in helping an individual with their career planning process.  The results are complied into a comprehensive Individual Profile Analysis (IPA). The IPA objectively identifies each individual’s most significant interest area preferences.
